January 2017 - Winter Snow
So I'm truly amazed at how winter and cold hardy this tropical fruit plant is. Both my yellow and regular Jaboticabas are still thriving and have not lost any leaves from the deep frost and snow. This is quite interesting. Once the trees get bigger they maybe a good candidate to grow outdoors with minimal winter protection here in Seattle.

Any updates on growing jaboticaba in Seattle outdoors?
