Pumpkin Final Update. Weigh ins!

Final Pumpkin update of my big max pumpkin.  I purchased these seeds, hoping that I would be able to get some pumpkins thta weigh more than I do! But looks like it topped out after hitting about 35lbs.

I did purchase some "legit" giant pumpkins from the fair but for some reason they never sprouted. Next year I will aim to hit 100lbs.

I have to admit that it is a very handsome looking pumpkin. We are now ready for halloween!

Pumpkin update 8/5/15

I left for vacation in Chicago and came home to this. My pumpkin looks like it's reached its max size. I was hoping for a much bigger pumpkin but I'll let it stay on for another month or so to see if it can add any more size.

Today's update on my Big Max. He's reaching cantaloupe size and putting on weight hourly.

Here's the latest on the pumpkin update. I recently applied more steer grow and a fertilizer concoction I made up for my figs. And now it's gone nuts!
