Another seedling I got late last summer as part of my fascination with tropical fruits was sapote.
It's an interesting fruit that is suppose to taste like caramel.
It too has done fairly well growing indoors. I do attribute the pine needle mulch to its success.
This plant does appear to be a slower grower. It hasn't gotten much taller but it does look a bit bushier.
