Growing Star Apple from seed

I love tropical fruit. Even though I live in Seattle it hasn't stopped me from growing my own tropical fruit trees.

I've found that one of the easiest ways to root seeds has been to throw them in a sandwich bag with some moist coco coir and keep them in a warm spot for a few weeks.

These Star apple seeds sprouted after about 3 weeks. I've potted them into their own individual cups and are now sitting on my deck to grow.

Star apples are so tasty. They have a milky consistency and a deliscious texture.
