Giving up on June Plums and Wax Jambu plants

So I'm giving up on a couple tropical plants. For some reason. I can get them to survive indoors but as soon as they go out for the summer they die even with acclimation.

No more wax Jambu for me. I've tried growing 3 different times and they all end up dying on me.

And no more June Plum aka Ambarella Dulcis. It survived one summer. I managed to get a couple fruits from it but it has since died. This is also the 3rd try at this plant.

I can't stand the heartache of growing these so I'm tapping out...
