Black Zadar 2017
Black Zadar breba

The Black Zadar fig has been a great fig for me this year. It is a two crop fig that is very consistent in flavor and taste. The brebas taste just as good as the main crop.

I love large figs. Especially ones that also taste good.  The Black Zadar has high marks from me.

It is a meaty fig. Thick but delicate syconium. Sweetness is on point. and the flavor is like melons and strawberry without the acidity.

I really like this fig. Let me review. Almost 100 Grams, Tasty, Productive, and gives you 2 crops in a season here in the PNW? What's not to like about it?

94.6 Grams

  1. Looks beautiful. Does this one originate from Zadar, Croatia?

Where do you get all your figs?
